Need to iron out some bumps in Adaptiv

I amended Infinity Web service code, hoping to improve the performance, but it turned out buggy.

There are other issues with Index trade deal booking and swap_leg_header mapping. They should be quite easy to fix if I can access Nordea's build machine and test my fixes in demo system...

How to create/edit a template

Forgot to say how you edit a template. Go to Admin Tool, Template Management. On the tree on the left, double-click CDS - this will then show a list of all the CDS templates. You can either double-click on one to load it up and then save it with a different name, or click some obvious-looking button (can't remember what it looks like) to create a blank template. Tomas trained up someone at Nordea who set up all the templates, she should be familiar with this.
